To that end, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only if the product you received is incorrect, defective, or of the wrong size. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.
Cancellation:
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of order. Currently we don't have automatic cancellation option so you can mail us at care@siuniq.store or use the Chat option which is available each and every page of our website. However, if you want to cancel your order after 24 hours you will not be eligible for any refund.
Process for Returns:
If you wish to initiate a return, you can do it by yourself. Just go through My Account > Orders > Select the order you want to refund > Then Click Initiate Return. Alternatively you can email us at mail@siuniq.store within 7 days of receiving your order or you can use the Local Chat option to cancel the order or request refund for your previous orders. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
Exchanges or damaged of the product will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Eligible Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are not eligible for return, including:
